User Experience Design: Crafted intuitive user interfaces for the subscription management experience for buyers

As the lead designer for the Philips Lumify web application, I spearheaded the design of a novel subscription service, integrating it seamlessly into Philips’ legacy billing processes. Collaborating closely with the software engineering team from day one, I defined and architected the roles and responsibilities that defined the workflow user interactions for v1.0.

Over the next five years, I transitioned to a design leadership role, building and mentoring a team of three talented designers. Together, we continuously enhanced the platform through iterative releases, incorporating user feedback to expand product capabilities and significantly improve efficiency and profitability through to v4.8.2, when we successfully handed over the program to a value engineering team to maintain a stable build.
